In Store Purchase | Return + Exchange Policy

We will gladly exchange or refund (in original tender) regular-priced, new merchandise within 10 days of purchase. After this time, an exchange or store credit will be issued. Merchandise must not be washed, worn, or damaged. All original tags must be attached, and all items must be accompanied by a valid receipt.

All sale and discounted items are final sale. Gift Cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded.

Online Purchase | Return + Exchange Policy

We will gladly exchange or refund (in original tender) regular-priced, new merchandise within 14 days of the shipping date in store at SALT or by mail. Ship returns to ATTN : Return, SALT SHOP, 153 Lower Ganges Road, Salt Spring Island, B.C, V8K 2T2. Please fill out the return/exchange form that was included with your order.  

Merchandise must not be washed, worn, or damaged. All original tags must be attached and accompanied by a valid receipt and the Return/ Exchange Form.

When your refund is complete, we'll e-mail you right away and let you know.

The return postage fee is the responsibility of the buyer.

SALE WINDOWS  |  Did you purchase something just prior to us having a sale? We will honour our sale discounts up to three days in advance of our Sale start date. Just email us and we will make the adjustment. We are a small company, and many times sales happen on a whim. Trust us, if we knew it was coming we would tell you!
