CANADA | At this time we offer free shipping on Canadian order over $150 and calculated rates for orders below this threshold. Please note cast Iron cookware products are not eligible for free shipping. Orders are shipped via Canada post expedited parcel. Orders are currently fulfilled during our retail hours Mondays thru Thursday.
Expedited 2-8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
USA | we offer calculated shipping on all orders to the United States via Canada post. and can take an average of 9 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Tracking can be provided on US shipments for an additional charge, chosen at checkout.

RETURNS
We will gladly refund (in original tender) regular-priced, unworn, tagged merchandise using our Canada Post return portal or in store within 14 days of the purchase date. If the return is shipped, the refund will be processed when item is back in store.
