Hot Chocolate | Lavender
This lavender hot chocolate is rich and dark, with subtle floral notes and a hint of sea salt.
Bilston Creek Farm uses, non-alkalized cocoa sourced from a cooperative of farmers in Davao, Philippines who use organic farming practices to produce exceptional quality Trinitario cocoa beans. They finish it off with a touch of Bilston Lavender Essential Oil for a sweet, aromatic flavour. Each batch is blended and packed by hand in recyclable paper tea tubes.
How to Use It
- Bring 1 cup (250ml) water, milk or your milk favourite milk alternative to a boil.
- Blend in 1-2 heaping tablespoons of hot chocolate and whisk to combine.
- Serve with a dollop of whipped cream or marshmallows as desired.
