We ship with Canada Post, who is asking customers to anticipate delays as important safety measures remain in place to protect their employees during the COVID-19 pandemic. At this time we offer free shipping on Canadian order over $150 and calculated rates for orders below this threshold. Please note cast Iron cookware products are not eligible for free shipping. Orders are shipped via Canada post expedited parcel.

At this time we offer calculated shipping on all orders to the United States via Canada post. and can take up to 9 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Tracking can be provided on US shipments for an additional charge, chosen at checkout.
Order Tracking Information
Once an order has shipped, we'll send you an e-mail with the tracking number within 24hrs. Just click on the link to take you to the carrier's website to track the progress of your shipment. It may take 72 hours for your tracking number to be activated on our carrier's site.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct—we cannot redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Sorry!
Local Pickup Availability
We are so happy to provide this safe and efficient method of shopping to you during the current COVID-19 situation. Local pick-up is very simple and allows you to shop from the comfort of your own home and ensures the items you're after will be there for you when you're safely able to pick them up.
Simply select your required location for local pickup at checkout. Please note if something in your cart is not in stock at a location, that location will not be an option for local pick-up for your entire cart.
You will receive an email once your order is ready for pick up, most likely the same day! this email may find it's way into your promotions or spam folder so check if it's been 48 hours without hearing anything.
When you arrive please see us at the sales counter, with your mask on. Be ready with your order number or full name and you're good to go!
