Online Purchase | Return Policy
All sale and discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for return. undergarments, swimwear, and skincare/hygiene product are final sale and are not eligible for return. Gift Cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded.
We will gladly refund (in original tender) regular-priced, new merchandise within 14 days of the shipping date in store at SALT or by mail.
Merchandise must not be washed, worn, or damaged. All original tags must be attached and accompanied by a valid receipt.
When your return is received back in store we will process the refund immediately.
Use our Canada post return portal for returns within Canada with the following criteria to print your return label.
- Return Authorization Number: SALTRETURN
- Your Unique Order #: Found on your invoice and order confirmation email
- You may need our Canada Post Return ID Number: PR292788

For returns from USA contact us at contact@saltshop.ca to begin the return/exchange process. At this time we are unable to cover return postage from the USA.
