Orders are currently fulfilled during our retail hours Mondays thru Fridays and shipped on Mondays and Thursdays. We ship with Canada Post, who is asking customers to anticipate delays as important safety measures, including physical distancing, means it takes longer to process heavy parcel volumes. Flat Rate Shipping

At this time we offer $15 Flat Rate shipping on all orders and free shipping on Canadian order over $125. Orders are shipped via Canada post expedited parcel. 

  • Local: 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) 
  • Regional: 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)  
USA | 

At this time we offer $15 Flat Rate shipping on all orders to the United States. Orders are shipped via Canada post expedited parcel, and can take up to 9 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Tracking is not included on US orders.

Order Processing Times

Online Orders are picked up by Canada Post for delivery from our Victoria store on Mondays and Thursdays.

Order Tracking Information

Once an order has shipped, we'll send you an e-mail with the tracking number within 24hrs. Just click on the link to take you to the carrier's website to track the progress of your shipment. It may take 72 hours for your tracking number to be activated on our carrier's site. US parcels do not include a tracking number.

Refused Shipments

We do our best to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your box arrives in a damaged condition, please accept the delivery and call us at the shop, 250-931-7224 so that we can assist you with your order as needed.

Redirecting An Order

Please make sure your shipping address is correct—we cannot redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Sorry!
