Join Yoga Teacher Jenny Hindley on Sunday June 28 for a SALT Community Yoga Session.
Bring your own water, and mat to the Common. Each space will be clearly marked out, so all yogis have their necessary 6ft of distanced space. We're so excited to be bringing our community back together!
Jenny was certified In 2010 by BCRPA as a Group Fitness Instructor and in 2012 she completed her yoga teacher training at Feel Good Yoga and Pilates. Her energetic classes promote balance, core strength, and muscle growth. Each of Jenny's classes is designed with all fitness levels in mind, so everyone from a beginner to advanced will find something to challenge their bodies!
